Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase is received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Exceptions may be made for purchases made during the Holiday Season.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original Keiki Kona clear packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Orders can be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours after you place your order for a full refund. After those 24 hours, your order has been processed to be shipped. Every effort will be made to cancel beyond the 24 hour period but is not guaranteed to be completed.
Changes to your order or edits to your shipping or billing information are subject to 24 hours. Every effort will be made to make edits/changes beyond the 24 hour period but is not guaranteed to be completed.
Exchanges (if applicable) must first be communicated with customer service. Please contact customer service at email@example.com for information on exchange procedures. Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges not due to damage or defect are subject to review. Exchanges due to sizing issues may be granted for items of equal or lesser value. Exchange requests for alternate colors may be granted for items of equal or lesser value.
Refunds (if applicable) must first be communicated with customer service. Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for information on refund procedures. Return shipping for refunds is the responsibility of the customer, unless goods received are damaged. Refunds due to damaged goods received may require photographic evidence.
Refunds not due to damage or defect are subject to review. Sizing issues may be exchanged for a different size. Refunds due to size may be subject to a restocking charge*.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund (product cost) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. Your statement credit from your credit card company is subject to their procedures.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Return to Sender:
Packages returned to us by the delivery service due to address issues may be reshipped under certain circumstances. Returned packages due to bad shipping address entered at time of order submission are the responsibility of the customer and might not be reshipped. It is recommended to double check your shipping address.
Gift Cards are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item(s), unless goods received were damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service such as USPS First Class or purchasing shipping insurance. Please only ship using USPS. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will not be included in the refunded total. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
*For returns other than damaged or defective goods, a restocking fee may be applied in the amount of 10% of the returned goods
